Snout Adapter for Tee Snout
The Snout Adapter reduces the female end of the tee snout to a male end to allow you to connect the tee snout to the stove pipe without needing to crimp the tee snout. All of our standard tee snouts are made as a female pipe end, so this adapter is great to have on hand depending on your installation. The Snout Adapter simply slides over the horizontal tee snout and reduces the snout to a male pipe end. The Snout Adapter is most commonly used for wood burning stoves that require the male ends of the stove pipe to point down/towards the stove. This adapter will add 3.5" of length to the overall snout length which makes it perfect if you need a small extension for your tee snout. Note: the Snout Adapter is only available for 5.5", 6", 7" and 8" tee snouts. 5.5" tee connectors have a 6" diameter snout.
Use the conveniently sized 90ml squeeze tube of Mill-Pac to seal the connection. Maximum temperature range 1050 degrees Fahrenheit. Product cures with heat from the appliance. Optional accessory.
